PRODUCT INFO

All work is made by hand in small batches on the pottery wheel.  Glazes are food-safe and hand mixed.  

Due to the individual nature of these pieces, subtle variations in form, finish and color are to be expected. Each piece bears the marks of its maker's hand and reflects the idiosyncrasies of its materials. 

Hand washing is recommended for all pieces.

STORE POLICIES & ORDERING INFO

Orders are shipped every Saturday. Shipping will be sent Priority flat rate through USPS with delivery confirmation. 

Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days from receipt of goods. No refunds are issued. All product must be unmarred (resalable) with all original packaging to be eligible for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be trackable.

Please contact ESO ESTO to arrange a return.

In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please notify us within 2 days of receipt to arrange replacement. Please note, All products are handcrafted. There may be slight variation in color, texture, finish and dimensions. These are not considered flaws. If you feel you have received a defective item, notify us with a description of the issue – we’ll make a replacement or issue store credit (your choice) upon determination of a defect.
